His career spans leadership roles in operations, Big 4 consulting, and entrepreneurial ventures where he helped pioneer industry-defining innovations. Larry was a founding leader in Demand Sensing, establishing it as a widely adopted global capability, and has since advanced digital manufacturing and composable supply chain management solutions.
He has held senior roles at Kyndryl, UCBOS, Savigent, Capgemini, e2open, IBM, PwC, and EY, and successfully led three disruptive software startups. His expertise combines consulting, strategy, and execution, enabling organizations to transform supply chains and deliver measurable results. Larry has partnered with some of the world’s most recognized companies, including Procter & Gamble, Unilever, Kimberly Clark, Shell, Cargill, Bayer, Seagate, Kellogg’s, General Mills, Land O’Lakes, 3M, SC Johnson, and Campbell’s.
