Kara Redanz is a data professional who uses analytics, automation, and thoughtful system design to help organizations work smarter. She specializes in turning complex information into clear, actionable insights and has experience in data modeling, database development, and digital transformation.
Before joining Demand Chain AI full-time, Kara built a strong foundation across healthcare, nonprofit, and community organizations, working on projects such as digitizing records, developing SQL databases, supporting internal audits, and contributing to community safety and transit initiatives. She later completed a data internship with Demand Chain AI, supporting reporting, data processing, and internal analytics efforts.
Kara graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science and a minor in AI and Robotics. Her academic and professional experience reflects her detail-oriented, problem-solving approach and her commitment to creating efficient, user-friendly data solutions.
