
Mike brings over 30 years of leadership experience in the CPG industry, spanning sales, sales leadership, category management, sales planning, trade promotion, revenue management, and strategic pricing. He has a proven track record of developing systems and processes that enable organizations to achieve trade promotion excellence through both system design and business process improvements.
His career includes roles at Kraft Foods, Kellogg’s, Starbucks Coffee Company, and Blue Buffalo. At Starbucks, he led the team that designed pricing, trade promotion, and CRM systems, driving double-digit growth over five years. At Blue Buffalo, he improved trade spend, reporting, and customer analytics while launching products into pet specialties and FDMC channels. An active member of trade organizations and conference speaker, Michael has also worked globally with clients to design and implement trade and revenue management systems
