
Dan Cooke is a highly experienced digital commerce and supply chain executive with over 20 years of leading innovation, operational excellence, and digital transformation across consumer-packaged goods, e-commerce, and logistics. Previously, Dan held senior roles at Danone NA, where he launched and scaled the eCommerce and digital capabilities business unit, making it the company’s fastest-growing sales channel. He led key initiatives including vendor relationships with major retailers like Amazon and Walmart, new brand launches, and digital strategy enhancements that elevated the company’s market position.
At J.M. Smucker, Dan served as Vice President of e-Commerce, where he built the company’s Connected Commerce strategy, drove 12% sales growth, and secured Amazon Category Captaincy for Coffee and Pet Food categories. He grew the e-Commerce team from seven to over fifty, delivering significant UX improvements and boosting conversion rates.
Earlier at Kellogg, Dan was General Manager of Global e-Commerce, where he developed and led the Global Center of Excellence. He also established the North American online sales channels, developed best practices, and delivered a 34% year-over-year sales increase through demand planning, retail media optimization, and supply chain responsiveness. His expertise in digital marketing, system optimization, and stakeholder collaboration supports innovative solutions that improve efficiency and customer experience.
