After earning a Master’s in Statistics from Western Michigan University, he built his career as a senior-level data scientist working across the full demand chain.
Josh has served in both corporate and consulting roles, developing advanced analytics solutions for revenue growth management, sales and demand planning, inventory optimization, and supply chain transformation. His technical strengths span time series forecasting, marketing mix modeling, and trade optimization, with proven ability to design tools and models that drive real business outcomes. To date, his work has generated more than $25 million in documented cost savings.
His career includes significant roles at Kellogg Company and Kellanova, where he gained enterprise-scale experience in global operations, as well as consulting engagements with other leading CPG organizations.
