
JR Cahill is a seasoned technology and data leader with deep experience in enterprise architecture, analytics modernization, and platform strategy. At Kirkland & Ellis, he aligned IT investments with firm priorities, developed business capability models, and drove the expansion of ServiceNow across the organization. Known for translating complex architectures into actionable business outcomes, he strengthened executive decision-making and accelerated the adoption of scalable, modern solutions.
Before joining Kirkland, JR led enterprise architecture for Data and Analytics at Keurig Dr Pepper, where he designed the Strategic Insights Platform and built multiple Centers of Excellence supporting analytics, automation, DevOps, and testing. His work streamlined technology portfolios, improved delivery consistency, and supported the integration of Keurig Green Mountain and Dr Pepper Snapple Group.
JR previously held leadership roles at Kellogg’s, where he architected the global Keystone Analytics Platform, led cloud modernization initiatives, and managed teams supporting data science, BI, and digital marketing. Across his career, he has built a reputation for bridging business strategy and technical execution, enabling organizations to modernize, scale efficiently, and realize measurable value from their data and technology investments.
