Julie McPherson is a sales and business development executive with more than 20 years of experience driving revenue growth, building teams, and expanding market presence across consumer-packaged goods and emerging brands. She combines sales strategy, analytics, and operational improvement to help organizations achieve sustainable results. 

Most recently, Julie served as Chief Customer Officer at Benefit Brands, where she led global expansion, doubled U.S. retail sales in one year, and secured partnerships with Costco, Walmart, Kroger, and Wegmans. Prior to that, she spent 15 years at Kellogg Company in roles spanning analytics, category management, and leadership before moving into growth-focused positions at Humm Kombucha, Chuao Chocolatier, and Stryve Foods. Recognized for scaling start-ups into national players, she has worked across categories from snacks and beverages to supplements and specialty foods. 

A seven-time sales performance award winner, Julie was named the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s 2019 Rocky Mountain Woman of the Year after raising more than $275,000 in 12 weeks. She continues to serve her community through the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and the Morgan Adams Foundation.
