Her expertise spans diverse categories such as shelf-stable, fresh, and frozen foods, pet treats, pet foods, adult beverages, and personal care products.
As a certified Change Management Practitioner through Prosci® and a graduate of Ferris State University, Kim has a strong track record of collaborating across functional teams to develop and implement innovative strategies for new product development, renovations, cost engineering, and quality improvement initiatives that support the entire product lifecycle.
