Rob Haddock is a seasoned supply chain leader and advisor, renowned for his innovative approaches to industry modernization and commitment to advancing supply chain management through collaboration, education, and professional development. Recently retired after 43 years with Coca-Cola, Rob’s extensive experience spans a wide range of roles, from production and warehouse management to strategic leadership in supply chain operations.
Starting his career on Coca-Cola’s production floor in 1980, Rob rose through the ranks, taking on roles such as Fleet Manager, Customer Service Manager, Business Liaison, Supply Planner, and Director of Planning and Logistics. In his most recent position as Transportation Strategy Group Director, Rob led Coca-Cola North America’s transportation strategy and On Time In Full (OTIF) performance, with a focus on making Coca-Cola a “shipper of choice” by enhancing transportation management capabilities and building a strong, tech-savvy transportation team.
A current board member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), Rob remains an active advocate for industry innovation and continuous improvement across supply chain functions. His career reflects a unique blend of hands-on experience, operational excellence, and strategic oversight, underscoring his dedication to transforming supply chain practices for the future.
