What You'll Do
Subheadline spaceAs a core member of the product development team, you will design and implement AI-driven constraint optimization tools for complex supply planning problems with one of our existing Supply Planning solutions. You'll work closely with data scientists, engineers, and supply chain experts to turn real-world planning challenges into smart, scalable, and intuitive solutions.Key Responsibilities
Develop AI-based models and optimization algorithms to improve supply planning (e.g. production scheduling, network allocation, inventory positioning, capacity balancing). Integrate AI techniques such as constraint optimization and logical solvers, graph-based models, and predictive analytics into supply planning workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intelligent features that meet real-world business needs. Ensure robust deployment of AI solutions into the cloud, focusing on scalability, interpretability, and performance. Continuously refine models based on user feedback, data trends, and emerging AI techniques. Translate technical capabilities into user-facing product features with measurable business impact.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in developing AI-powered cloud products, preferably in supply chain or operations domains. Strong knowledge of AI concepts such as constraint optimization, logical solvers, optimization under uncertainty, and decision intelligence. Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). Experience with algorithm development, data preprocessing, and model deployment in production systems. Ability to translate complex data and AI models into intuitive solutions for planners and business users.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with supply planning systems or ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, o9). Experience with multi-agent systems, simulation, or decision support systems. Knowledge of optimization solvers (e.g., Gurobi, CPLEX) and mathematical programming. Background in AWS cloud-based development and MLOps pipelines. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
