Barry Smith


With nearly 35 years in the CPG industry, Barry spent the last 27 years at the Kellogg Company, after previous stops at Procter and Gamble and Campbell Soup. Barry held a variety of Supply Chain Leadership roles at Kellogg, most notably, the last 15 years as the Company’s Vice President of Customer Service and Customer Logistics. He served on both the Sales and Logistics Leadership Teams for Kellogg.

In these leadership roles, Barry led the reorganization of the Customer Service organization into a professional level, customer focused industry leader. His teams focused on executional excellence while driving strong partnerships with key Kellogg Customers, and linking the key disciplines of Sales and Supply Chain.

Barry provides deep expertise in many areas along the Supply Chain, but focuses primarily in:

  • Customer Service Organizational Structure and Talent Development
