Candy recently retired from the Kellogg Company after spending 32 years working throughout the Supply Chain and Information Technology organizations.   She held a variety of leadership positions that gives her both a strong leadership background and organizational expertise in multiple areas.  During her career she led OTC, EDI, Master Data, and Product Availability Teams giving her a solid knowledge base related to system setup.

She also led the Value-Added Services Organization.  There she streamlined processes and budgets to ensure excellent service to our customers.   She worked with the 3PL leadership and local teams to lead them in reducing costs and providing excellence in service to add to a positive customer experience.

Candy led two of the largest systems projects at Kellogg for Customer Service, Transportation and Warehousing.  Successfully moving from a homegrown system to an SAP platform and years later upgrading that platform and eliminating past customizations.  These roles showcased her excellent Project Management skills and overall knowledge of Transportation and Warehousing tools and systems. She also led the work to move Transportation from an in-house function to a third-party provider.  Most notably over the last several years, she held the role of Sr. Director of Order to Cash. In this leadership role Candy led and executed the complete reorganization of the Order to Cash Group.  Developing processes, job descriptions, team structures and training materials to ensure executional excellence.  The main goal here being the development of strong relationships with our Customers and Sales Partners.
