Keith Oldre


Keith brings 25+ years of CPG Sales, Operations, Strategic Planning and General Management experience.  He is a strategic, execution focused business leader who has driven multimillion/billion-dollar revenue streams for Coca-Cola, Kellogg’s and Krispy Kreme.  He has built profitable pipelines, great teams, efficient organizations, and sustainable customer relationships He thrives on leading change, strengthening brands, and identifying market opportunities. He is respected for his integrity, skill at articulating a clear vision and strategy, and driving execution with a sense of purpose. Keith possesses a natural talent for fostering collaboration, and influencing and inspiring trust among internal and external stakeholders.

 His career has been built around his ability to successfully identify, analyze and address opportunities to improve organizational engagement and effectiveness, sales growth, customer relationships and P&L optimization.  He has planned and executed multiple organizational transformations involving DSD, warehouse, account teams, agency partners and M&A integration.  The changes delivered enhanced capabilities, drove sales, reduced costs, strengthened customer relationships and improved P&L performance.  Successful execution of these initiatives highlight Keith’s ability to effectively collaborate and communicate across multiple teams and with customers.

Keith graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a B.S. in Engineering.  Keith served as an Infantry Office in Germany following successful completion of the U. S. Army’s Infantry Office Course, Airborne School and Ranger School.  During his business career he continued his education graduating from the Business Executive Program at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Business and the Strategic Selling Program at the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.  Keith and his family live in Charlotte, NC.
