Michael 30 years of CPG leadership experience spanning multiple disciplines including Sales, Sales Leadership, Category Management, Sales Planning, Trade Promotion, Revenue Management and Strategic Pricing. He has a record of providing leadership and insights into the building of systems and processes to enable organizations to implement trade promotion excellence via both system design and business process.
Michael’s career encompasses working with Kraft Foods, Kellogg’s, Starbucks Coffee Company and Blue Buffalo. While at Starbucks he led the team that designed the pricing, trade promotion and CRM systems and processes enabling double digit growth for over 5 years. Expanding upon this experience he led Blue Buffalo to improve trade spend, reporting and customer analytics while launching Blue Buffalo products from Pet Specialty Channels into FDMC. Additionally, he has been an active member in many trade organizations and has been a feature speaker at conferences.
Michael has recently been working with clients across the globe to design and implement trade and revenue management systems.
