Partha brings 20+ years of technical and corporate leadership experience across both Fortune 500 and small organizations as well as public and private companies. His corporate career spans some of the most recognizable names in American industry – IBM, DuPont, Johnson & Johnson, Kellogg’s, and Campbell Soup. He also served over five years at Automotive Resources International (ARI, the commercial fleet management division of Holman Enterprises in Mount Laurel, NJ – recognized throughout South Jersey).

Partha’s consulting expertise is primarily in sales support, demand and supply planning, and corporate strategy development, within the broad areas of supply chain, business processes and operations, and IT (information technology).

In addition, he has led small teams as well as large teams, most recently having led the Vehicle Supply Chain and Remarketing organizations at ARI, comprised at the time of about 150 people across the US and Canada.

His successes are built on the ability to analyze and streamline processes, effectively interact with and manage business leaders, and engage with both IT and the business to implement ERP and TPM systems (e.g., SAP) that lead to dramatic improvements in efficiency, quality, and consistency. Among other accomplishments, he has successfully delivered cost savings, measurably improved employee engagement, and developed new organizational capabilities that enhanced sales and marketing efforts at attracting and retaining clients. His ability to work effectively within and across teams and other functions, as well as communicate and develop customer relationships has been a hallmark of his leadership and corporate experience.

Partha graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. He also earned his MBA degree from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. He is based near Chapel Hill, NC, and outside of serving clients, he enjoys a daily exercise routine, long-distance bike rides, golfing, travel, and spending time with his widowed father and three older children.
