Pat gained 31 years of CPG experience exclusively with the Kellogg Company and independently consulting since his retirement from Kellogg’s. One of his key strengths is his ability to collaborate with his cross functional partners. Pat developed several process and tools at the Kellogg Company with his strong technical acumen by using a solution-based approach.
From a Channels perspective, Pat has experience with Club, Drug, Dollar, Discount and Retail Grocery during his tenure with Kellogg’s. He spent a large part of his Kellogg career building the Costco business, where he helped reduce forecast bias by implementing key process improvements. One of Pat’s largest successes during his time at Kellogg’s involved redefining a key category which was done by collaborating with internal research and sales. Pat has been a strong leader among leaders always putting his family first during his career journey.
