Paul is a 24-year logistics professional with a strong supply chain and CPG background. He has spent most of his career leading multiple business processes for the Kellogg Company, which included leading ERP implementations for Transportation and Warehousing, as well as ERP integration for mergers and acquisitions. He has also led the development and facilitation of training to support the ERP integration and implementation activities.
He has a strong background in customer service and customer supply chain and drives significant improvement in these critical processes for both his past employers and his current clients. He brings years of experience in project management and is an expert in process mapping and future state process design.
Paul is an effective change management leader, and is highly skilled at developing change management strategy, as well as leading the change management execution. He has led change management processes through multiple business process changes at both the global and regional levels.
