Successfully coaching, and working hand in hand, with Fortune 1000 companies. His approach entails hands on involvement, emphasizing expert executive coaching, leading to undeniable commitment to enterprise and people growth.
He has held global leadership roles as well as interim assignments in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Pharma, Operations, Service, and Customer Service for General Motors, The Boeing Company, WR Grace & Co, WW Grainger, Odello Industries and TransCare Corporation. He has functioned as an advisor to leaders in government institutions such as the Housing and Urban Development Agency, The National Institute of Standards and Technology, and the Manufacturing Extension partnership.
Outside of work, Manny is a loving husband and well immersed in the Finnish culture through his wife of 5 years. As a former baseball and volleyball player, he loves being active with his free time. Manny and his wife enjoy the local art events, supporting the community, and volunteering whenever possible. Manny is originally from Puerto Rico and is a native Spanish speaker.
